I haven’t received the wall charger and wheel hub!

It’s almost one month after CB delivered but I have not received the wall charger and the car has no wheel hubs. The staff said they would inform me to install wheel hubs when they are available. The Tesla service is the worst in the world.

Hubs? How is it terrible service that you have your truck instead of it sitting on a lot waiting for a charger and wheel hubs?

I am missing these, light bar, cloth floor mats, wheel covers, universal wall charger and OTA FSD..I think that is it. I don't like unresolved issues like this.

Light bar: not yet released
Cloth/carpet floor mats: should have been provided at delivery with the rubber ones, check with your service center
Wheel covers: recalled, new version has not been released
Universal wall charger: previously only delivered with PowerShare installation — may be changed to be purchased with new $2500 credit (I can't confirm this since the new credit started after my delivery)

I hear this, and that includes delayed, not released, but there is no certainty. I am not given these instructions and learning it through hearsay. I don't know if I need and will ever use PowerShare to power my house so I am ok without it. I do need a charger so I would want it + the $4000 installation. I had a quote of $500-600 to install it. Do I just sit and wait or try to get home of someone at Tesla - I don't know if I spoke-spoke with anyone. It is all texting and it's hit and miss.

In my experience, Tesla Energy reached out however it may be different in CA compared to TX especially now with the new credits. Perhaps you can reach out to Tesla Energy and inquire about the process?

I agree that delays in the included items is not great business but at least we're all in it together haha.

The best part is that the Cybertruck is a great-looking and driving car. I am really enjoying it and will do so for some time.

FYI, the fingerprints do not bother me, and the truck is a truck. However, they do bother my wife. Sigh.
