ah, yes good idea. need to remove the stock stuff. then install ours. Ours is not a quick and simple 4 bolt install, because ours is a proper structural bumper that is safely engineered for jacking and winching. We have a lot of brackets. Not 'hard', but just FYI mutliple steps. And rest easy, because it's a well engineered and manufactured part.

They have proven themselves repeatedly and been here a very long time. You're new and it shows.

Imagine the effort to do what they are doing for such a limited number of sales opportunities.

You can just take your business to other places. Simple as that. Go here:
www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/lower-cost-bumper-option-via-amazon.33510/

T Sportline has proven to be a top-notch aftermarket supplier of wheels, upgrades, and accessories designed specifically for Tesla vehicles.
You do a good job of advertising Wolfstorm products.

I wouldn't be surprised if Wolfstorm gave you this bumper for free.

Unlike T Sportline, they have bumpers available and offer installation instructions.

As an ordinary buyer, I would like to know when the bumper will go on sale and not wait six months or a year after paying the money.

Also, as an ordinary buyer, I would like to have detailed instructions for installing the bumper as other reputable companies do.

When I bought a bumper for a Toyota Tundra from Iron Cross there were very detailed installation instructions and I did everything myself without any problems.

Instead of installation instructions, T Sportline offer to come to them and install their own bumper for money, because they want to charge customers even more.

I’m actually confused by your response. It’s anti and pro @T Sportline at the same time.

I have been messaging Brian at TS for a while and nothing but what I would expect for what you pay. Keep doing what you are doing.

We stand behind every product we sell, 100% guaranteed. We posted ETA for pre-order parts very clearly, and we've communicated update status with every pre-order customer (maybe you're confusing us with another vendor who doesn't share ETAs?). We offer 100% refund at any time, if a pre-order customer so chooses. We offer 'install' services to help customers who do not DIY or prefer professional install. We offer detailed step-by-step installation videos or instructions for every product we sell. We try and do everything right as a company, in general...yet, this is the Internet age and haters gonna hate 🤷‍♂️

BTW, our Cybertruck bumper is properly engineered to function 'as a bumper', and for lifting/jacking the Cybertruck and/or pulling with a 12,000lb winch. This was not a quick and easy thing to do, so yes it took some time to sort out and make it perfect.

Thanks for your reply. How can I look at installations instructions?

For starts, we linked the factory instructions removing the stock bumper in the listing. We will post our install instructions before the bumpers ship, so check back soon - our engineers are drafting instructions / photos / video now.

There are complaints on the Internet, that you do not provide instructions for installation and also that you are selling products without having it in stock, and then can get money back only after a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

That's why I wanted answers to my questions.

I hope that you will be a custom friendly.

Okay, we have tens of thousands of very happy and satisfied customers. Someone didn't get instructions or didn't see a link to a video or ordered something that went on backorder and went full nuts with bad reviews, bbb attack, etc -- unfortunately you'll find a frantic customer like this occasionally. It's totally unnecessary, contact us or PM and we resolve 100% of issues, always. You see my responsiveness here right?....
