Is it "ALL balls to the wall" for autonomy?

I remember seeing Jay Leno drive the cybertruck down the road and thought it strange that he was weaving back forth. Then I learned Cybertruck did not have autopilot. The question this: Is human resources for getting auto pilot and FSD for the cybertruck being transferred to the autonomy and robotics taxi team? How long has it been now since cybertruck was 1st delivered? Four months, five months, or six months. How much longer? 3 months, 6 months, a year, two years?

The new model 3 is just now getting FSD, and there are far more of those on the road. It won’t be long, but I will definitely miss it as I use FSD in both of our cars most of the time I go anywhere.

Thanks, Its nice to know new model 3 didn't get it instantly. But did it come with autopilot already working? I'm really on bated breath checking twice daily for my free month of FSD for my model Y. (2024.8.9)

I’ve been using it for almost 2.5 years now. V12.3.4 is VERY good. I think the future is bright for FSD

It's unknown how much data they need to create a Cybertruck-specific profile for FSD. The current visualizer is pretty good, but it's also rendered crazy stuff like showing the 18-wheeler behind me as being in the bed

Yeah, the autopilot visualizer is pretty wild sometimes. FSD's model is much better at the renders. Very excited to get it on the truck none the less
