Is there anyone who didn't initially order FS and then changed their mind

I got my email saying I could order my FS Series CT yesterday. My spot in the tracker was around 369,420, lucky number, I know.

I didn't really want the FS Series because I wouldn't use any of the extras. But I may change my mind in a month or two because I'm waiting for something big to happen soon.

So my question is: is there anyone who didn't place the order for FS Series, but still has access to do so a month or two later?

Finally, on March 15 (the Ides of March) I decided to order (AWD). I did it for Julius Ceaser, haha!!

Got my VIN on May 09. Waiting for that delivery text!!

I originally had no intention of going for the FS. I talked myself into it after receiving the invitation and factoring in the costs of the options like FSD, all terrain tires, floor mats, and then the powershare stuff.

For me, the difference in premium paid for for "early access" on top of the above options was worth it to me, versus waiting till 2025.

I just checked my Tesla account and I can still place my FS order. My Cybertruck “design now” web page is still live.

only problem I see is those of use that are just now getting order invitations and won’t take delivery til Dec 2024 then PPL getting None FS in 2025 doesn’t seem like the FS are being rewarded with “ early deliveries

Well, I was in your shoes back to Jan. I was struggling for 3 days then decided to order cause I didn’t want to see the people behind me jumping in the line and i won’t know when this jumping in the line ends. So putting 1000 deposit to jump other RN earlier than me made me having the full control, the worst case would be passing the delivery and lose 1k, I think it worth it to suffer every day.

I got my truck 2 days ago and i knew I made the right choice by then.

I was as you describe...got the email 12/8/23, hemmed and hawed for about 36 hours before deciding I wasn't getting any younger and then ordered. No regrets whatsoever!

Haha!! 100% agree. It's like a cold glass of water just out of reach on a sweltering day, haha!!

But...I found out this morning that my CT is scheduled to arrive at the SC from the off-site prep location today. They said if it makes it, I'll get a text in the next day or two.

I am a numbers guy and I did a quick spreadsheet to see what does it look like /how long will it take to fulfill all FS orders.

All data are from google (which means you can verify by googling)

Assumptions:
-Assuming half of the reservation will cancel
-Assuming that 20% ( that's 2 out of 10 ppl for those of you who are dummies ) invitees will convert to FS
-Assuming Productions ramps up to 2,000 units per week on the average (Its just under 1,000 right now) .

As you can see... there is N F W (based on my assumptions) CT non-foundation series can be available prior to Q1 2026, at the earliest.

I did this mental math myself today. Worst would be if there are 3 or even 4 million pre orders before they get through the list. Never ending foundation series.
