First thing that came to my mind is it looks a bit like the DeLorean Omega 2040 Concept vehicle. It’d help if they got a better steady pic but to me it really resembles this concept vehicle from DeLorean.

Ooo… same source had this image which they said was the Cybertruck too. I think it clarifies things a lot. Clearly the bed is much much shorter. They must have some cover over the front glass….
