Is this normal for screw on front wheels?

I was looking at my cybertruck and noticed these screws super close to the wheels on both sides. Is this normal? Both front wheels have this but rear doesn't. Seems like an accident waiting to happen...

Sure, but that is part of the hub the wheel is attached to. It can't get closer to the rubber.
Even if you air down to 15 psi and go 60 MPH, it clears.

Oh man, yeah that's apart of the upper control arm. its going to move up and down with the wheel.

Normal, as stated this goes up and down with the wheel. Front and rear have different suspension configurations.
