Three days (and assuming including Sunday since today is Tuesday) is not a whole lot of time. You probably won't get daily, or hourly, phone calls or texts from Tesla.

Some people hear something right away, some people find out that their truck VIN has been "accidentally" given to someone else...

Any Veteran's here know the term "hurry up and wait"...

I feel like I got stood for the prom.... waiting for my ride to arrive... LOLOL i just assumed that there would be some indication that they had a delivery date in mind.

Pretty typical from Tesla, nothing like the traditional car dealer experience where they call to much. Be nice if there was some middle ground.

Mine took about 4 weeks after VIN.

Yes, it's normal. People are taking deliveries 11+ days from receiving VIN. If you get it sooner, it's a truck someone declined to take delivery. I have VIN since 3/22 and my Cyberbeast is landing at the service center tonight. My pickup is Friday. Tesla texted me for the very 1st time today.

Yes this is normal. I would hang tight until 14 days or so then if no word from Tesla, call the delivery center.

Once you are assigned a delivery advisor/Team you will be able to communicate. Give it a couple of weeks.

I got my VIN on march 19th. EST arrival is the week of April 13th

Got a call 9 days after VIN assignment to schedule delivery for me...

I got my VIN this morning. Did what I could in the app ( insurance, etc ) and then reached out via text to just confirm that everything is okay on my side and nothing else is needed. They confirmed and then asked them for an ETA. They told me that it was scheduled to be at the service center April 13th and they cannot schedule a delivery date until they receive it. The earliest I could get it is April 14th.
