Ha! You always have something to say, just to say it. You know what I meant. I don't need to explain it. Maybe if you don't have something productive to say, keep it to yourself?

You can't do 'anything' because many of those things impact others. Some are illegal, others are annoying, others actively cost other people time and money. Some things would statistically result in injury and death.

So no, you can't just do whatever you want with your property. You're always limited with what you can do, you live in a world with other people.
