This morning I was unable to open the left passenger door using the outside switch on my cyberbeast. (Two months old) The interior switch works. Scheduled a service appointment.

That happened with my CT on the driver's door. Started with 50% failure and then to 100% failure. Had to open driver door by rolling down window for 3 weeks until I could get into service center. Just got it replaced last week.

What ended up being the fix?

My front passenger switch is on its way out I think. It doesn’t press down anymore and the unlocking is not seamless but requires touching the switch at a very specific area that has just a tad of travel left. I’ll make a service request.

My driver's door is in to get fixed today. This is either a batch of poor quality buttons or poor assembly (the optimistic case) or a design fault (the pessimistic case). Given the number of trucks experiencing it, I suspect it is a design fault and all the buttons will need to be replaced, or upgraded eventually.
