Loud Audio Chirp at 30 MPH

So my father’s Cyberbeast has decided to chirp at 30 mph. This only happens the first time crossing 30 mph after going into drive. Any subsequent passing of 30 does not chirp. This happens no matter the audio selection or dynamic settings. I have attached a video. Any help is much appreciated.

Definitely have the service center take a look at that. My guess would be something going on with the gearbox (?)

I thought that as well but the speed warning is off and is still at the default of 85

I'm not in my truck now but the child warning is off also? I actually forgot what it says since I got CRS.
