Nah. The magnet is just sticking to the big chunk of aluminum underneathYou beat me to it... So I keep hearing people say that the CT is not magnetic because of the custom make-up of the Stainless steel... but then I just watched this and... well... Great for the big magnetic advertising posters I guess.
So no matter where you try to test, it will always stick as there is aluminum all over that thing.Nah. The magnet is just sticking to the big chunk of aluminum underneath
No MOLLE rack needed for bottle openers!Yay! Gramma's fridge magnets come out from storage!

Aluminum is made of metal. That's just science>>>
Certain metals in their natural states such as aluminium, copper, brass, lead gold, and silver don't attract magnets due to the fact they are weak metals. However, properties including iron and steel can be added to these metals in order to make them magnetic.

The alternative is frightening isn't it :?)I'm having a hard time telling how much of these comments are sarcasm. This is entertaining though.
Its a Christmas miracle!!!Aluminum is made of metal. That's just science
It is based on 304 stainless, which is at least a bit magnetic. 316 is not. One test will be to see how well something magnetic stays on the panels at speed, or in high-vibration environments. If not then we should not bother considering it further. What is might work for is a magnetic sign, since it would cover a lot of area and thus have an overall stronger magnetic effect (at least, it seems to work that way for things I have done). You beat me to it... This totally contradicts Sandy Munroe's earlier video demonstrating Cybertruck's SS body panels as being non-magnetic
It may be the steel behind the SS panels that the magnet is attracted to…This totally contradicts Sandy Munroe's earlier video demonstrating Cybertruck's SS body panels as being non-magnetic
