I ordered Martian wheels for my Cybertruck in September 2024. The website informed me I would have them within 4-6 weeks.
7 weeks later, after contacting them, they told me they would be another 7 weeks…
Then I was told I would have them by Christmas…
Then I was reconfirmed I would have them around Christmas…
Then I was told I would have them by the end of December…
Then I was told I would have them the first week of January by the owner of Martian Wheels…
I have never had Martian Wheels once reach out to me on their own to update me on the status of my order, paid in full plus shipping costs in September. Today I cancelled my order and asked for a complete refund. Martian Wheels has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They obviously do not care at all about their customers.
If you are thinking about ordering wheels from Martian, I would have to recommend going somewhere else! What a horrible company!!
