So this is interesting.
Munro Live did an interview showing the REEcorner. Basically a modular drive unit that is used for a single corner of the vehicle.
Couple things here... It allows for 4 wheel steering. Everything is drive/steer by wire. I don't know how reliable this companies products are but the idea seems really well thought out to me.
Now given that this is yet another drive-by-wire implementation, I don't see any reason for the CT not to be fully drive by wire. I keep hearing people say that drive -by-wire is not approved. But there are now so many examples of drive-by-wire that I don't buy into the naysayers arguments at all. No way there are going to be so many companies spending so many $$ on a technology that is not going to be allowed on the road.
Beyond that though, the video was really interesting. I like this tech.
