I can’t get my Tesla adjuster in the phone and no communication from them so far. I’ve had two Tesla approved body shops look it over and both think the frame is likely bent…. I think I’m screwed.
The accident happened while I was parked and not driving, on a private Car Wash lot.
Any input on Tesla Insurance?

According to @ButterEV's previous experience in dealing with Tesla Insurance, it's a pain in the butt. One of the few reasons I'm paying more for non-Tesla insurance.

Best of luck with it. I hope it isn't the frame.

I think DirtyTesla on YouTube had a similar bend in his rear quarter panel. It was like $2700 installed. Looks like you also have some tail light and sail action to fix too so maybe a bit more.

Looks like things got pushed a bit but doubt your casting is part of it.

Not a mechanic, so grain of salt...but it seems like the SUV pushed the rear quarter against the tailgate, which pushed the other rear quarter. I think this is all cosmetic. 2 new rear quarters, new tail gate/skin, maybe some inside bits/lights. Annoying but fixable.

Seems it wasn’t your fault, if that’s the case it’s the other person’s insurance you will be dealing with.

It's the other guy's fault, you file a claim with his insurance not Tesla insurance.
