I ran across this today: https://www.natix.network/vx360-depin-dashcam

It seems it gives you access to all your camera footage from the cloud and over time pays you for your footage that they will use to help train autonomous vehicle systems. In other words it seems that they are willing to pay us for what Tesla gets from us for free.

Just curious if anyone here has signed up for the device. I'll admit it sounds interesting and having easier access to camera footage would be a nice to have feature.

I guess, you need to use your phone cellular hotspot to be able to transmit the video stream?

It seems that they will use some bitcoins for payment.
I wonder how many years of driving you will need to break even the cost of the device?

You can already review your recordings using your Tesla phone App.

Honestly, I wonder how much the recording can be useful, because they can only capture
the video stored into the USB drive which is a single channel storing alternatively each camera
for a very short time, which is not a full live recording and the resolution is not that great. And the videos are stored only if you manually press on the recording button or use your horn.

I have a dashcam (Blackvue DR900X) which has a continuously recording of the front and the rear cameras on two separate channels. This is very important because you don't miss any single video image frame.
