New Charger Layout - towing / semi

I was passing by Casino Morongo (In the Coachella Valley, CA) and I noticed a brand new Gas station with a new charging layout. thoughts?? (P.S. Sorry if this was posted before. Normally, Cali is ahead of the curve)

Yeah, that's the design where they get surge traffic that has to queue up. And lots of towing.
