Just spoke to my Tesla-certified electrician about my upcoming installation of v3 Gateway for Powershare, and was informed that two (2) weeks ago he installed a Tesla universal wall connector for another client who took delivery of a FS AWD CT in Portsmouth, NH.
No other details regarding reservation, order date, or VIN available. The electrician did confirm that the owner, a Tesla employee (software engineer), went to pick up the FS AWD CT, presumably from the nearest delivery center in Paramus, NJ.
Interestingly, the Tesla employee was unaware that the bundled Powershare hardware did not come with the vehicle at delivery, and that it is sent directly to the certified installer instead.
