What size rides do you have now? I was surprised how it compared to our X, doesn’t look that much larger sitting in the garage next to each other. Granted we are lucky to have a little oversized garage which I know isn’t the case for everyone :(
if I park the CT in my garage it's 1.4 inches in front & back-very, very tight. Moreover, me neither car nor a truck person but I like CT a lot. I wish it's the size of Maverick/Honda Ridgeline etc.

I bought mine just a couple weeks ago and the military discount applied.
You know I knew about the program but totally forgot to do it for my order.
Lesson learned.

Congrats and my favorite part of your new truck:

I got my Navy Retired license plate frames, flags on both sides and the rear, a black one on the windshield, and misc nerd stuff on the interior. Also had to put the SF2 Guile sticker on the rear, because 'Murica.

Don't worry I am not a MAGA guy. To each their own but let's just say I am the polor opposite of a guy like Elon.

Yeah that is a little tight for comfort.

Hello all,

Pulled the trigger last week.
2025 Non-FS AWD.

Been wanting since the original keynote.
Placed a reservation but ended up cancelling last fall when they were pretty easy to get. Was holding out for a non-FS.

I used to work for Tesla, specifically Project Roadrunner, which as you know was the R&D project for the 4680 batteries used in CT.

So finally got my dream car after putting some blood sweat and tears helping with the 4680 batteries years ago.

See you on the road.

Nice! Ok...plenty of rumors about the 4680 cells having charging and cold weather issues...since you seem to have some intimate knowledge, what's your take?

Congrats OP!!

Good explanation:

https://www.shop4tesla.com/en/pages/tesla-ratgeber-tesla-vin-decoder

My understanding is the 2025 Cybertruck will have no different components than the 2024 models. Tesla doesn’t seem to change the vehicle components and/or look simply because it is a new year like other automakers. Can be years of the same model being built the same way before a refresh comes out. I assume that is part of what allows them to keep cost down.
True, but they actually continually update and change out parts. If a part becomes cheaper, or more reliable, they won’t wait for a new year to swap it out. Look at the 2016 model S, first have of the year even looks completely different and has different computer and everything.

Got my 25 two days ago.. so far it seems very tight, very well built.. I intentionally waited a bit to get some bugs worked out
