Hi, did anyone suggest to reset the truck's computer yet?
I did reset the Truck to Factory settings, but that didn't help at all. Tesla support told me they didn't think it would help, and they were correct. But I thought it was worth a try.

Definitely appreciate the suggestion! I'm new to the Tesla world, so I can use all the recommendations I can get! Thanks so much.

Hi, did anyone suggest to reset the truck's computer yet?
Long press reset worked for me.

Today I left the Tint shop in a hurry to go pick up my son from school and when I got on the road, I tried to get to navigation using the voice command. I quickly realized that it wasn’t working, so I picked up my phone and tried to call my the tint guy using Siri. Well, that didn’t work shutting off Bluetooth on my phone I called and talked to him about it. I figured just leaving the Tint shop that it was a reasonable thought that he may have temporarily disconnected it and it didn’t get connected properly. Anywa, I read said something about the mics being in the headrests, but the one thing that clued me in that it had to be software is that when I tried to reset the truck using the scroll buttons when it turned back on it connected my phone and I couldn’t hear the other party on the phone in addition to the microphone not working. This made me question my theory about a simple wire disconnect. Anyway it wasn’t until after I got home and realized maybe I didn’t completely reset. Maybe I need to hold the scroll wheels much longer. Anyway, I was right long press of both scroll wheels worked for me. Originally, I thought I had reset it by pressing until everything shut down, but it turns out I had to wait until the cyber truck logo. Come up.

I hope this helps others that are experiencing this issue because it is very disconcerting and hard to function without voice to text or voice commands or Bluetooth connectivity your phone.

Good luck!
