Paint Tonneau Cover?

Has anyone tried to paint or try applications on the Tonneau Cover?? Is it possible

Somewhere on this forum one of the early wraps posted had wrapped the slats of the tonneau as well as the rest of the CT so it is doable. Not sure about the longevity or if it beats up the wrap opening and closing the cover though.

It's certainly wrappable (long strip for each slat), had a couple of strips on there (to test) for a while, no issues. I'd be wary of the thicker PPF though.
