Just for the people asking if the vault divider works with the Vault bins I took a couple of pictures. I have two sets of bins but stacked them together because for the moment 3 where sufficient to hold my cargo. The divider which I just received was easy to install and seems very sturdy.

Wondering if you had any issues with your bin order or if it took a while to get delivery after you placed it. I placed an order on June 2, was assigned a UPS tracking # fairly quickly, but as of June 17 it still hasn’t been delivered and UPS states Tesla only created a label and hasn’t delivered it to UPS yet. Anyone else experience that?

No issue with delivery. It took about a week from order to delivery.

I am going to study the bed of my truck and see if I can design and make something out of wood. As of now, all I need is a strip of wood to keep the bins sliding back and forth. LOL, I am now thinking of getting 3ea storage bins - huskies.

The bins sliding back and forth is really annoying. I bought the 3 bins. Currently I have 2 back to back and now I only have to deal with 1 sliding back and forth.

Same. I inquired and got a reply that they are back ordered. I cancelled. Love Tesla, but they run their Shop like amateurs. No notice of inventory shortage, no updates on shipping. Just leave us hanging and keep our payment (of $400+) for plastic bins we can buy at Home Depot for $17 ea.

I agree 100%. Frankly I’m surprised that Elon hasn’t responded effectively to what surely must be an outpouring of complaints and criticism about how poorly managed the service and support system is at Tesla., not to mention the incredibly poorly managed supply chain issues that have been ongoing for as long as I can remember. All that being said, I remain a staunch fan of the vehicles and the leading edge technology they embody that he has had the leadership and sheer guts to develop and deploy.

He and Tesla have so many fish to fry. The car is impressive, but the company has a lot of clumsiness. I bought the truck for the technology and the wow factor when it was unveiled. I am hoping Tesla will improve soon.

I've placed about 5 orders from the Tesla shop over the last 6 years. All items of every order shipped within a week or two and arrived in good condition without any problems.
