Bought a non-FS AWD in Nov/24 and have 8k miles on it.

Issues: An annoying vibrating sound comes from the driver's side A Pillar when you drive 60 mph+ and hit bumps or rough roads. The first Service Visit wasn't able to fix it, but hopefully, next week's appointment will solve it. There have been other small cosmetic or minor issues, but most new vehicles have weird bugs and issues, so it's not worth mentioning those.

Overall, it's so bad-ass to drive, and I would 1000% buy it all over again.

I had a similar issue on the passenger side, I would have sworn it was from inside the pillar. It ended up being a loose fender bolt and it was fixed. Just in case this helps.

That would make sense, the service visit they took all the trim off inside and tightened it all, but the vibration was still there. I'll mention that next week when I drop it off. Thanks!

I’m curious about everyone’s experience with Cybertruck reliability. Please vote and share your mileage to help us understand how these trucks are holding up!
Dumb poll.

The answers go from "Perfect reliability, no issues whatsoever" to "Mostly Reliable, Minor cosmetic issues" not requiring service visits.

So is this a reliability poll or asking how perfect everything was cosmetically? If you really want to know about reliability, the questions would be graduations of how often it couldn't be driven.

It makes any intelligent observer wonder whether you know what you're doing or are simply trying to confuse newbies with regard to how reliable the Cybertruck has actually been.

Nov 30 purchase 39xxx VIN. Zero issues or build quality problems. Occasionally my passenger seat will creak a little with a heavier adult male passenger. That’s it. 8k miles.

Kinda agree with HaulingAss.

I had to choose the ‘moderately reliable’ option benches I had a service visit where my frunk switch needed to be replaced. I wouldn’t say that’s a reason to choose moderately reliable.

2000 miles in and both rear inverters failed. Went to get them fixed, they forgot to clamp the coolant tube and coolant ran all over the place causing me to need a tow back after a few days. (I thought it was water from the AC. I was wrong.) They fixed that. Now when I supercharge I still get the inverter failure error on both sides. If it happens a third time, the lemon law kicks in so I'm hoping that's not the case. Super nervous to take it on vacation to Florida but I'd rather run it to the ground now while under warranty than wait.

I had a motor out after a supercharge once, the soft reset didn’t fix it. It worked again two hours later.

The only issue I've had is that sentry mode keeps switching itself on when I don't ask it to. (this could just be my ignorance, I switch it off in the menu and it seems to just come back on by itself)

AWD FS - 18k miles, 11 months. I had a sensor on the compressor go bad around 8k miles. They replaced it and everything has been sunshine and unicorns since. I smile every day when it comes time to drive my truck.

2024 AWD and have 3200 mi on it from Thanksgiving 24 till now, Truck has been Brilliant, I only had to one issue with the charge port locking me out and not being able to charge. The Left Seal on the bed was leaking and somehow contaminated the Lock device for the charge charge so I thought I had a cable installed all the time. Service Had to replace the Port and the seal on my bed. Been flawless since. Really love driving this truck so nice.

I voted, but this poll is a bit swayed..

I’ve only needed cosmetic issues fixed.

only just Saturday (have had my truck since December) have I had to reset the frozen Display with “two thumb buttons” reset on the CyberYoker

has performed flawless.. just a few scratches upon delivery needed remedy from service. A happy camper, literally, here.

I don’t count the FSD garbage as an ‘issue’ seeing as I don’t want or need it, not is it a necessity for basic usage of the truck.
