I had my Foundation Series Power Share installed 4 weeks ago. From day 1 there has been no communication with the Gateway and my App or Tesla Support. A full day of troubleshooting with limited temporary communication with an Ethernet cable… the call was supposedly escalated. Yet I cannot get an update from Tesla, from the installer, or from QMERIT.
Does anyone have a way to call or email their Gateway / Power Share support?
Getting frustrated with this and I just want to know that something is in the works!
