Powershare YES Installation NO

Got this email today from Tesla reminding me that I get Powershare hardware with my Foundation series order but only Cyberbeast orders get a $4000 installation credit. Was it always that way? In my head, both were part of the Foundation series package, but I forget things easily. Did anyone save a screenshot or remember if this was always the case?
