Prep before professional PPF wrap? Ceramic coating necessary?

For those of you who have gotten a professional PPF wrap, does the place handle all the prep wash before applying the wrap and if so, was it included in the cost? Anyone got their Cybertruck wrapped from TSportline?

What about ceramic coating? Necessary?

I can't imagine a reputable shop requiring you to do your own prep or not including it in their price quote. That's an essential part of the job. Probably the most important.

100% but on Tsportline’s website it has it separated as an added cost. Seemed odd to me!
