Radio, always on when I get in

Anybody else having this issue? I turn off the radio when I park but every time I get in the car, my radio is on.

Anybody know where to turn this feature off it's just annoying.

This is beyond annoying, it is BS. It does not save the previous channel also, and if I am charging and playing a game and i leave the game, he radio come back on to a empty channel with static!!! If I want the radio on, I am completely able to turn it on myself, and if I do not want the radio on, it should not come on.

I mute spotify when I get out of all of my Teslas, because I know when I get back in that song will start blaring at the same spot.

This has never bothered me, but I also haven't listen to analog radio for music since 2008... If it turns on to blaring static, doesn't the radio have a squelch function? I guess I don't mind my music resuming from Spotify when I get in.

I always forget there's an actual radio in cars. I am always listening to Apple Music

I think you can also turn the sound all the way down so when you get back in you won’t hear it if it glitches like that. It does it to me sometimes too.

I select Bluetooth and when I get in, there is no media connected to it so no “radio” on. This is my work around for now.

With the latest update, I will be using YouTube music and that might change the behavior. I have mute or pause option. I wasn’t successful in pairing with YouTube music last night.

That's weird. If I pause whatever is playing. It stays paused until I un-pause it. So podcast or whatever starts again right where I left off.

I have a similar complaint, but about the navigation voice volume. I always minimize it to the lowest setting just above muted. I like to hear it, but just lightly under my music or whatever I am listening to. I complete trip get out, next time I use navigation it is back to being loud again. Go to settings navigation, adjust again to lower. It’s a constant cycle of having to change my preferred navigation volume with every single use, not sure why the truck won’t remember and save my preference. If I want it to be louder I will go in and change it myself.

Tesla needs to allow us owners to set our radio preferences, navigation preferences, etc and have them be saved, just like my seat position is.

Are you all using an "Easy Entry" profile? The settings could be getting picked up from that? At least that has happened to me in our '21 M3LR until I changed the profile settings.

Could be a bug too though.
