Got my VIN today and called tesla to ask what the next steps are. Tesla told me that there’s nothing I need to do now but just wait till I get a call from tesla to schedule delivery (said it could be a couple weeks). I asked about the insurance and they said to wait till the delivery is scheduled to get insurance. I’m planning on taking delivery from the tesla dealership in Dallas, TX off of Cedar Springs. Has this been the process for the rest of y’all?
