Registering Reservation

I can't figure out how to enter my reservation in the google docs spreadsheet. Can anyone give me some pointers? I realize its a user-created tool and not user friendly but I can't enter my order details. Thanks!

When you open the sheet, in the near top left there is a cell that has a URL to go to (in a browser) and the page prompts you for data. The. There will a link or button to take your number and give it back to you from the spreadsheet along with your position.
