Well today is the day. With the addition of the CT my wife insist “no one needs 4 cars”! I pleaded with her. It’s 1 car 1 classic Bronco 1 truck and 1 work truck! Well she didn’t bite! So after 9 wonderful years with my 2500HD carvana will be loading her up Monday and the clean out begins . She will make someone very happy I’m sure ! My CT will be seeing allot of tools and materials sooner then I wanted! 😢

I think you made the right choice keeping the Bronco. Just like motorcycles, if I didn't sell a few here and there, I would never owned some of the greatest. Some of them I miss. 82 1100 GS Suzuki, 650 Vstrom and my 2007 Honda Sabre. 2001 SS Camaro and my first Tesla 2017 75 RWD were some of the vehicles I miss but again, without moving on, I would have never been in a position to order the Cybertruck or our MX Plaid. OH, did I mention I had a 2003 Spec class Supercharged Mazda Miata? What a beast that was.

I feel you, OP.

I was all set to keep my beloved 2020 MYLR and drive it into the ground. I just loved that car.

But after two months of, not only not driving it, but having NO desire to drive it, it was time to pass it along.

Got a great price for it private party, and they were thrilled to get it. It went to a good home.

So true. Last year when I picked up the M3 I decided to sell my 57 Apache Chevy truck so I could park the 3 in the garage. Surprisingly I got that thing for 10k in 2000 and sold it for 20k with out putting a dime. But it was hard to see it go! I originally convinced my wife to get the 73 bronco to fix up and sale and after fixing it up I couldn’t let her go! it’s so fun and gets a complement a minute, that one is a solid investment though . I really did love the idea of keeping that as my more of a beater work throw shit in truck but yeah 3k a year insurance for a 2nd car that sits isn’t the smartest move

So true. For a sec I thought maybe I should sale the M3 because now that I park the CT in front of the garage I’m moving 3 cars just to get it out and just always seem to want to take the new toy . but I think it makes more sense to keep the car and have 1 truck then have 2 trucks but damn that was and is a great truck ! I sold it on Carvana. Surprisingly they gave more then Kelly blue book said it was worth and comparative to the prices I’m seeing on private party’s and I don’t have to deal with a thousand calls and flakes and low balls so I’m ok with the price they gave me.

I’ve always had great luck with Carvana and got great pricing. And as you said, hassle-free.

For my 2020 MY, they were low-balling me a bit. Might’ve been the mileage (60k), and they didn’t add value for the Acceleration Boost or the Tesla extended warranty at all.

I was lucky I got a local no-nonsense cash buyer…”I’ll meet you at any BofA you want. Name the time/date“ and he was there on-time, took the car for a quick test drive, and then inside to get the $$$.

nice 2500. You’ll miss it.
selling my TRX as I can’t justify 2 full-size trucks for how much we drive and our needs
I know I will miss it very much as well, however, loving every minute of the CT.
