I noticed a slight vibration in the regenerative braking at around 45 MPH. Tesla took this seriously and had the truck about 2 weeks working with engineering. Replaced front motor and both half shafts and sent back to manufacturing for analysis.

Problem is, the issue still persists. Anyone else notice this?

Not me, I’m waiting on more users to come online and push Tesla to identify the issue and come up with a fix. Surprised at the lack of response to my post, perhaps it isn’t an issue on all trucks, just a lucky few like us.

Had my truck in service last week. The summary for the regen "buzz" issue says they disabled both the front and rear motor and the vibration remains. They balanced all 4 tires and vibration remains. They gave my vehicle back to me while they wait on tooling from Tesla to further diagnose. The tech that rode with me definitely noticed the vibration as well and so it's at least documented and hoping they find a solution.

I'm experiencing the same at the same MPH. Going to open a ticket and see what comes of it.

My truck is in service starting today for this issue. I'll let you know if they are able to fix it.

Unfortunately in what seems to be a usual service center experience they didn’t order the test equipment a month ago when I had my truck in last. So it will sit there until Wed waiting on the kit. This doesn’t mean much because they are just diagnosing the issue and I’m sure other parts will have to be ordered.

What are your VINs?

Wondering if the issue is limited to a certain ‘batch’ or more widespread even with the most recent builds.

I'm noticing exactly the same. Between 42 and 46mph on the regen, like 20-30% into the green bar. Any updates?
