A bottle of Optimum No-Rinse (with wax), used 1-2 ozs at a time, mixed with water in a 32oz spray bottle from Amazon. It'll last for 25-30 refills. I use it all the time as a carry around spray for the interior and exterior, and as a wash.

Grand total. . . $35. Of course it'll have to be tested on the CTs SS, but I think it should work just fine.

I could be wrong, but pretty sure wax on stainless is a bad idea.. Ceramic on the other hand...

So is this product a $30 solution to a $5 problem? I just feel that if a product slaps the "Cyber" name to it, then they can justify a high markup.

Sadly though, people will buy it...
Why the "sadness"? IF the product does an outstanding job (less time/effort on my part) they could charge $50 per bottle and I'll consider it a worthwhile investment. Money I can make more of, time on the other hand...

They need to spend a little more money on graphic design, as well as advertising. So many people don’t even know about the CyberTruck. They will in less than a week!
if people will know in less than a week, why spend more money? The truck is their advertisement. Patience is a virtue. Something many in the world no longer have. Not saying you don’t and not trying to trigger or label you directly. 🤣. I say that for all the sensitive people in the world.

You are correct. If it does the job well then maybe it is worth the price. I'm just thinking there are possibly more affordable cleaners out there that do a wonderful job as well, without the "cyber" branding.

While I was looking at the Cybertruck today, an employee and I were chatting about stainless maintenance since I have a DeLorean. He showed me the spray bottle solution that Tesla provided them for the truck: Cyber Shield!

It is made by Auto Renu (https://autorenu.com) , and the bottle states that "Cyber Shield is a cutting edge cleaner and protective solution that redefines the way you care for the exterior stainless surfaces of the Cybertruck"

I won't type the whole label here, but the product was a collaboration with Tesla.

My guess it may be part of a care kit since the label mentions a Waterless Wash as well.

Very cool! I figured that Tesla would work out how to care for the finish.

Great tip!

I may give Sheila Shine a try. It has excellent reviews and appears to be a low profile “secret” product that only cleaning companies know about.

You can find it at Smart & Final and Ace Hardware for under $20.

I have had my own cleaning business for 20 plus years. I have tried every product ever made for stainless steel cleaning. Wasted lots of money. The buck stops here. This is the ONLY product you will ever buy again. Works awesome and so simple to use. Promise....

Gave the ONR a try on our post-Thanksgiving fridge door. I used the bottle I keep in my car for quick interior/exterior cleaning.

Tesla Cybertruck Sneak peek: Cyber Shield Cleaning & Protective Spray for Cybertruck Stainless Steel WipeLR

A before, during, after, off axis streak check. The door on the right remained in its natural post-Thanksgiving state.

Looks like it works pretty well. I was a bit concerned considering the wax thing. But looks good! I also tried to leave hand prints and smudges on the left door after wiping. And, to my surprise nothing showed up. I cleaned the grimey right side door afterwards. Gross.

Yeah. I'm thinking hard pass on the "specially formulated" cybertruck spray sold for tens of dollars per bottle. I feel bad panning somebody's product, as a guy who designs and sells his own products. But, I hate stuff marketed as being "specially made" when it's just a grift pandering on a bit of FUD.
