Having a hard time finding the specs. Are these available anywhere? In particular do I need to buy snow specific tires for driving in heavy winter conditions? Do they have the three peak mountain snow symbol?

Thanks

Are you sure this is the all terrain tire? Can you post a link? Can't find any cybertruck tires in the store.

Sadly m+s is not the same as 3pmsf :(
All I am sure of is that this tire is for sale in the Tesla Cybertruck accessories store as the spare tire kit. It is the Goodyear tire that fits with the aero cap.

Unlikely to have a 35” snow tire

That seems to be the all season tire, and the snow capacity would work on roads, only.

There's a reason highways are rated with three levels: snow tires, four wheel drive with snow tires, and four wheel drive with chains we aren't coming to get you out.

Tesla also sells snow chains for that 35 inch tire in their store. Plan ahead.

you can get a M and S tire of any size. I have Good Year M+S 35s on my Hummer H2 and really it comes down to the type of snow conditions. In most cases chains will get you to where you need to go in snow. I live in snow during the winter and chains do the trick.

It depends on the drivers time and application in different snow conditions. I spend a lot of time in the mountains in the winter so of the three vehicles my family uses two of them have dedicated winter tires. (Not just M+S) the one vehicle I do not have a winter tire on is my TRX because it has a 35 inch tire is not have the right size where a winter tire is available they make a smaller winter tire but that has trade-offs when going that route as I imagine the cybertruck would as well.
With my Goodyear all-terrains on the TRX I’m usually fine, but it is still not as good on icy conditions as my other cars with winter tires. However, they do not have the ground clearance, and other factors which the TRX would be the preferred vehicle.

Chains are a pain, but cannot be denied in effectiveness, especially on very icy conditions, that remote steep driveway off the main roads, etc. when you may not have other options. If they are requiring chains on all four wheels on a road, I would guess that road will most likely be closed.

Chains are a pain in the ass, so is like to avoid them. Even though I have them, I've been able to avoid having to use them since I have blizzak tires on my model x, which are threepeak, not m+s. I'm assuming that the distinction is the soft rubber for icy conditions.
