Tesla will be selling vehicles (Cybertrucks) too big for most garages AND Tesla produces solar panels as well as energy storage devices. Would, could, should Tesla produce and offer for sale solar carports?

That’s a great idea, but I think at that point you’d be better off just setting it up for the whole house, and get all the benefits for more than just car charging .

no. just build your own and put solar on top...
Neat idea. In fact, I'll look into getting a solar carport instead of installing a charging system at the garage. (I won't be taking long daily trips in my CT, and there's a nearby Tesla charging station.)

Not sure if transportation costs would make it practical for Tesla to offer the materials. But there are services on the web that sell you what you need for various construction projects (from a garage or sun-room to a whole house). They offer plans, a materials list, step-by-step instructions, and sometimes the materials themselves. Probably won't be long before one of them turns to solar carports.
