I sold my $146k P85D for $29k to a private buyer. It was two years old. If you need to sell, don’t try to catch a falling knife. These trucks WILL be selling used for $30k or even less within two years from now. The exact same thing occurred with Model X and S versions that had sold for far more than any CT. Whatever you can get today, it WILL be less in a month and FAR less in 12 months. Again, cold hard reality. The value confirmation recommendations you see are real - you can have legitimate purchase offers on kbb.com or carmax.com in five minutes to verify what I say above.
Everyone, chill out. I know it's been a while since this thread was active, but I just want to set the record straight. and maybe give something new to talk shit about. I still have my CB, and I'm not selling it ever. But what I did do is .... I wish I had seen this reply before it happened to me. but.....I tried to catch a falling knife, and it was fuckn sharp. I have 5 stitches to prove it! even wrote a song on suno, it's called (5 stitches prove it bitches). I play guitar, and of course, wrote the song. It's like you were trying to warn me about my future. Who are you? PungoteagueDave., I forged a railroad spike into a knife, sharpened the shit out of it, then noticed the pommel or butt was crooked, not lined up with the blade. This was the head of the spike. Since I did a twist on the hilt/handle, I needed to twist it a little more, so I got the hilt red hot again, grabbed it with the BSmith tongs, and clamped the blade to a vise. and was going to twist the hilt a bit more with a wrench, and the knife popped out of the vice it did a perfect rotation in the air, and the impact of the hot, super sharp blade with the palm of my hand, right where my index finger starts, went like halfway through my finger, and cartelized the incision at the same time. Now you have to hear my song. suno (5 stitches prove it bitches) go ahead, trolls say it " prove what? that you're stupid." just hear the song.

It does not relate except for the fact that someone commented, "don't try and catch a falling knife" while referring to the selling of my Cybertruck.
And I actually missed that comment. Until I literally tried to catch a falling knife that cut my hand pretty bad. Then I saw the comment and thought that it was pretty funny and quite a coincidence.
I had written the song about the knife I made and how it cut me, so I thought of sharing it here. That's all. Here is something else that is not related to selling my truck: check out my flagpole mounts for Cybertruck at Exo-mount.com
@DRKTruck
Thank you for liking the song, and yes, that is me on guitar, and I wrote the song lyrics, not AI.
AI helped me make it sound good and put it together.
Here's one about Cybertrucks in Red Rock Canyon, Cali red rock canyon.
