Spotify Podcast Skip Forward / Backward From Wheel?

I feel like an idiot, but I'm having issues figuring out how to skip forward/backwards on my Spotify podcasts from the steering wheel.... anyone have tips on this?

I'm new to Spotify since the CT won't let me use apps like Overcast... it's taking some getting used to. Spotify's organization is kinda a pain.

Any tips?!
