Per @Carlos Thomas this ATC trailer specs are: 3,950 pound weight with maximum payload capacity of 9,250 for a GVWR of 13,500 pounds.

This thing moves with authority! The enclosed trailer is an ATC ROM 500 with 6600 lbs payload.

That trailer from ATC weights 3,950 pounds and has a payload of 9,250 for a GVWR of 13,500 pounds. With the claimed towing capacity of 14,000 lbs, this would be a good test.
