It has been kitted out with treads one video (or that could have been someone elses he modified), but was also in the Offroad Games this past year with Matt's Offroad Recovery. That should be SupercarRons truck (built by Heavy D and team) and I believe it's the AWD. Heavy D has green Cyberbeast on 37's.

I like the bumper mods. Maybe a neutral drag penalty.? Also the removed plastic wheel arch. What if you could snap something across the opening for on road and pop it out for off road. Again neutral drag offsetting the tires.
