I wanted to know from people that have had their Cybertruck beds spray lined. Is there any issues or problems? How is it holding up? Now that you have had it for awhile would you still recommend having it done? Thank you for any input and help.

Why, oh why would you spray line a "plastic" bed?

It's already significantly more resilient than the metal beds in everything else.

Thread here on someone that did a Rhino liner on their Cybertruck. They might be able to give you constructive feedback on your question.

Because it looks like dog shit after a few scrapes. Spray in bedliners take a hell of a beating, is easily repaired for any big gouges to make it look like new.

I have 3 trucks with spray in bedliners and they look great, even after beating the crap out of them. My son had a F150 with a plastic bed... it looked like complete shit and was about to drop the $600 to get it sprayed in.

Just found this thread. I am very impressed that they removed the bed to spray coat it. Great pictures of the process.

No. I want to after my wallet heals from buying the Cybertruck. I have the same question as the OP as to how it holds up and if the adhering processes on the plastic is staying on. If the thumbs up comes, then I will 100% do it.

You were asking "Why, oh why would you spray line a "plastic" bed?" I answered the reason. Its a nice upgrade for anyone who is gonna use the bed like a truck and wants to keep it looking good.

Its not only worth considering for the bed. If you plan to offroad here are examples of the plastic getting damaged on the CT. Most of which would have faired a lot better with a Liner. Someone people prefer to have their expensive vehicle look better, for longer.

It appears that a simple cleaning and maybe rubbing will fix every one of those!

4. One guy locally uses it to haul stuff from Home Depot for his home construction project. Its beat to shit.

Oh... and just from stepping my my bed, with stones in my hiking shoes, I have little scratches already. I don't have any of that with my sprayed in bedliners.

What are you getting at?

One of those is mine, cleaning and rubbing did not remove the white lines of the scratches. The plastic is well... plastic and this reduced durability is the price paid for cost and weight savings.
