So after 20 minutes of driving from picking up from service center…once again the suspension warning light came on. I immediately texted Service Center only to be told next Service appointment isn’t u til mid-December. Every day the front gets higher and higher and the entire back end gets lower and lower. Last time this happened 8 weeks ago I spent $530 to have it towed because the rear undercarriage was 5inches from road. I’m about to give up. The truck has been in service longer than I’ve been able to drive it. Anyone else???

I would have just driven it back there and told them they had to fix it. They respond better when you show up.
Same. 20 mins back -or- ride around like a 6 4 Impala with 16 switches for the next 2 months?

Answer: 20 mins back

To be clear, the service center is 1 hour and 45 minutes away. Not once in all my SC visits did they ever have a loaner car. I’ve had to take countless Ubers and Lyfts. I sent them receipt for reimbursement because they are the ones who told me to get it towed to them!!

I've not heard of persistent suspension issues like this. Sounds like some bad luck with this unit.

I'd call Tesla roadside and just have them tow it to the service center, and have them keep it until it's fixed and thoroughly tested. Maybe request a loaner from some other location if possible, or a bazillion Uber credits.

Yep. This. That is unacceptable. The vehicles are great. Service has been generally shite since I got my first one in 2014.

Similar experience with service. The had my truck for a week to fix vehicle hold and parking brake issues. 1 day after picking it up all the codes came back. Service center only had another appointment 1 month out instead of saying "please bring it back immediately, our apologies".

It's insane how bad these service departments are and what they get away with. Once my Cybertruck run is over, I seriously doubt I would buy another Tesla due to my service experience. I've had the truck since March and it's been in service at least once a month for issues.

Some issues get fixed, many just linger on.

Im sorry for your issues... Id go into Service mode and dump all the air then let it recalibrate... I would continue doing this every time it does it or gets annoyingly unlevel. Not a great fix but will get you by until you can get this taken care of.

I agree with dumping it in their lot and messaging them daily if you have another ride. You may need to threaten legal action to get their attention. That’s unfortunately what it’s come to with their service. It hasn’t always been this bad. Seems like they’ve lowered their standards for who they hire.

Some people pay for this feature…

All kidding aside, unacceptable. Show up in person, speak to service manager. Park it diagonally in there vehicle intake lanes 😂.

sorry for your inconvenience

I agree with others: The Repair is NOT done - so you don't need an appointment, you just took it for a test drive...

Call the manager for your local Tesla repair...
