Temp license during a renewal an issue for completing CT order?

I’m trying to complete my AWD purchase but I can’t verify my registration info using Tesla’s app because it the app sees my license as expired and doesn’t acknowledge the 60 day extension sticker my BMV applied to it.

Will I have to wait until I receive my renewed license in the mail? I’ve tried contacting Tesla support but haven’t heard anything back. Just curious if anyone else has dealt with this before.
