MY DELIVERY DAY MONDAY 4-8-2024 WAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA . TO TOP IT OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS WERE WITH ME . WE WAITED ABOUT 2 HOURS BEFORE WE COULD GET ANY REAL ANSWERS OUT OF TESLA EMPLOYEES . WE ENDED UP GOING HOME WITH NO CYBER TRUCK AND WAS TOLD NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA WHEN WE WOULD TAKE DELIVERY . VERY LITTLE TO BRIEF COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN THE NORM SINCE MONDAY. CONVERSATION HAS BEEN CLOSED ON MY TESLA APP. BY TESLA . PCS . POWER CONVERSION SYSTEM . WAS TOLD MY TRUCK WOLD NOT MOVE BECAUSE IT NEEDED A PCS . AND THE PART WOULD BE ON ORDER . NO IDEA WHEN PART WOULD COME IN OR BE INSTALLED AND THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW MORE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS . DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PART OR IF THIS A REAL THING OR NOT ?
