Yeppo, robots will be first. They won’t erect buildings. (not yet)

Many spaceships will arrive on a one way trip... some fitted out as hydroponic food farms and others as human habitats.

Robots will prepare water and fuel sources. A boring machine will soon arrive.

Humans arrive with 2 way ships.

There might be domes, and some buildings, but mostly living and growing food will all move underground, where people can live without the need of a spacesuit.

If long ago, we built an underground city like Derinkuyu, what is possible these days.

You wonder why Musk's brother is in the food business.

Has it always been to transition the world ? Or making another one all along.

To far beyond Genius for us mere humans.

If I were SpaceX I would want to control all aspects of colonization.
Robots are expendable where humans are not. Having a complete operating colony ready for humans to occupy should be the goal of any commercial space company.
There have been several sci-fi movies where "the Company" owned everything and provided employees with everything they needed while they were doing company work.
Aliens, Silent Running, Outland and others predict companies rather than governments leading the way into space.
The future is about to get a lot more interesting.
