Tesla Service Alerts Help!

Have had truck for a week. Totally new to Tesla. Yesterday, noticed my visualizations on the screen werent displaying anythign around me like cars, people or lines on road. Shortly after received alert that Sentry mode has turned off due to a sentry system error.

Looked at car alerts in service mode, and reflected the following
VCRIGHT
DFLKR
DFLKF

My local service center doesnt have an appointment available for another month!

I tried doing the soft reset by pressing both of the scroll buttons and holding until car restarted. Also, tried shutting car down in settings, and also unplugged and re-plugged in the USB stick in glove box.

Any advice or insight on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

At times you'll see errors in the service menu that never cause a fault. Try formatting your USB drive in the safety menu. Also I have a few of the same messages as you with no faults present.

I also have DFLKF_a009 active, but my truck has an error that says 'maximum charge level reached - schedule service' and won't charge. I just noticed the service menu alerts I snapped a pic of don't show the HVBATT_a259 and HVBATT_a223 alerts I got

Since I can't charge, I just dropped it off at the local service center without an appointment, since waiting would mean it would require a tow. It looks like this happened with the .7 update last week while I was out of town

I lost all visuals and had the sentry error after update 2024.14.6. I asked service to re-push the update and once it re-installed everything went back to normal. Give it a shot.

I just got the code HVBATT_a259 unable to charge 463 miles on the truck. Now I’m waiting for a new Battery so far a week and a half. Model Y loaner not so bad.
