Teslaunch Cybertruck Sunshade Review

Thank you to @Teslaunch for sending me this unit for review!

Pros:

• Thick, high quality materials
• Easy to install
• VERY easy to fold back into the case
• Can see actual benefits after testing (see below)
• Competitive Pricing and great customer support

Cons:

• Slightly bulky
  • I’m not sure how to make this smaller due to the massive windshield (see photo comparison with our Model Y Sunshade… looks appropriately sized)

I now use this sunshade daily after doing some quick tests and found that it decreases the temperature by an average of 12 degrees with overheat protection off and saved 2% - 3% of charge with overheat on during a 9hr work shift where the truck is parked in a flat lot with no shade in central Florida.

I store it in the footwell of my passenger side since I usually drive the truck alone and it fits well there.

Overall I’ll happily recommend this sunshade for its competitive price and ease of use

The problem with all these sunshades is that they are huge and unruly. Is it really convenient to fold and unfold these outside of the truck? Someone needs to make a pull across sunshade on a roller if that is even possible.
