Anybody having problem with the tonneau being unpredictable. Sometimes it will open and close smoothly with one tap, sometimes you will need to keep tapping for it to move, sometimes it will stop few inches short of being closed and no matter if you try outside or onscreen, nothing works. Then 30 min later it works.

So….. as one of the other responses indicated, using the calibrate function works. It worked for me. But…. If it’s misaligned, it won’t ever fix the issue long-term. I just had my post-delivery ā€œpunch listā€ appointment where they did a few things like fix one panel MIs-alignment (now flawless) and they also adjusted the tonneau. I have had zero issues with it now after 72 hours. It used to quite frequently hang up. There’s another thread on here about a DIY adjustment where you remove one of the cover and adjust the height of the left or right side of the motor. I believe that’s what the service center did and if you don’t have patience to wait for them to look at it, you could always do that part yourself.
