Tonneau cover stuck in the open position today after a very jerky opening. Had been working fine, no prior symptoms'. Anybody experienced similar issue? My earliest SC appointment is January 29. Will be a lot of inefficient driving until then unless somebody has a recommendation.
Thanks in advance.

Just fyi I have an issue with my Tonneau as well and I have an appointment on 1/5/24.

This has been a reoccurring issue and the SC had attempted to fix it several times. It would work perfectly, but after a few days, it would get stuck again almost to the point where it wouldn’t budge. Then the CT would lock me out because the Tonneau was being operated too frequently. I’ve even calibrated it several times throughout the weeks. So not sure if I’m missing some more rails or if the alignment is off. :(

I just got mine back from the fifth time its was in for the same issue. They had my truck for 3 weeks. They ended up replacing driver side motor, passenger side track and a ton of miscellaneous parts. Seems to be working fine now. We will see 🤞🏽. Hopefully they made notes to the repair procedure and jump on ordering parts promptly. That is what takes so long.

Aww nice yea I’ll see if they can look into that for my CT. I feel like they just keep calibrating it and think it is fine… lol

I had to take mine in 2x as well, because they thought it just needed calibration. The 2nd time, they thought it was the motors, and when those didn't fix it, they finally took the tonneau out, slat by slat and found a broken roller.
