I sent them a message that I can't wait over a month to address the issue, because I don't have wheels.

So they asked me if I needed a quote for tires...

MUCH BETTER!

They called me and told me to call roadside and they can take it whenever I get there!

Love driving Tesla!

I had something happen to me that was almost exactly this. I got an app notification during the night that the truck stopped charging. Went out to check on it and it was totally black. No doors, no screen, no led, nothing. I needed my truck the following morning so I got to it.

I spent 45 minutes in total jumping the 48v battery following the instructions In the manuals. At first I got the doors to open. It took a few minutes to trickle charge the 48v. The screens and controls didn't respond quickly and the frunk was lethargic, like a low battery. I left it charging for 15 minutes and it woke up. Rebooted the computer and it started wall charging again. I came back in the morning, about 6 hours of wall charging later and it ran just fine.

I left my service ticket open just in case but it's been solid ever since. That was a few months ago. Do you use your 120/240v outlets? I think those might have had something to do with mine. Maybe I used them too much and the hv battery wasn't recharging the 48v. If service is going to take care of yours that's awesome. I couldn't get anything like that from my SC.

I just had a great service experience last week, when they cleaned my front camera. Gave me an appointment in 2 days and got me done and out in under an hour, for an elective procedure.

Now, when my truck is totally disabled, they are telling me middecember is when they can get to me... I can't be on foot for over a month.
They should provide with a loaner vehicle

I’ve never been locked out of my CT but I have experienced my UWC giving me a flashing red light with no juice being delivered. I simply threw the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so to reset the wall connector & the UWC worked fine after that.

So if it happens again I’d recommend you try throwing the circuit breaker first.

I'm going to have to get the charger cable released to tow it away.

The manual release requires opening the tailgate. How do I do that when the truck's not responding to my phone or key card?
