Hey, I may not own a Cybertruck but working at Unplugged Performance it's given me quite the unique opportunity to experience them and modify them.

I got to take out the UP Cybertruck for a few days and I took it to the track, and drove all around Los Angeles and got to show it to a ton of people at car shows, superchargers, and really everywhere I went. Was an absolute joy to drive and share the experience with others.

At Unplugged we do a ton of upgrades like wheels, bumpers, roof racks, undercarriage protection, all sorts of stuff for these trucks. If you have any questions about the truck whether it be OEM related or aftermarket feel free to reach out, I've been driving Teslas since 2017 and currently in a Model 3 Performance which I've modified heavily to be a track focused car. I've been through it all with Tesla and many aftermarket companies. I've included a few photos of my time with the Cybertruck.

How do the UP Invincibke fender flares install? Are they a replacement for the stock fender flares?

What’s with that beautiful color on the front windshield? Some coating? I want it.
That's how they come stock! It reminds me of the OG Model 3 days with the roof going rainbow when it rains. I love it

They are a cover over the OEM flares that install with super strong double sided tape. We decided a full replacement would add too much unnecessary risk as there's a lot of tech and weather proofing and whatnot that goes into those OEM pieces that is best left untouched.

How much added weight will the rear steel bumper add? Is the steel front bumper optimized for aerodynamics? Weight for that mod? How much range do you lose from adding the mods you have in the pics (spacers, wheels, tires, wider fenders…) are those tires wider than stock?

Why didn't you make the top portion of the fender flat like on the original design? It would look far better.

Excited to see what you all do with the CT. Is there any hope of squeezing a front winch into that front bumper or, of not, adding a front hitch receiver (normally hidden behind an aero cover) and wiring harness that someone could drop a winch into when needed? The latter would probably be the better option. A winch is almost never needed but when it’s needed it’s really needed. I’d love to be able toss one mounted on a hitch receiver tray in the frunk when off roading and be able put it on front or back if things hit the fan (which might just happen until better off road tires and locking diffs are available). Of course, both of those might become available before mine is delivered.

Wow didn’t know they were just covers. I would have thought for the price it would be a direct replacement.

Will there be a plastic one made to match the oem plastics with a much more reasonable price?

For off-roading, I wouldn’t want to damage or scratch something that costs that much considering its job is to widen the flares, especially if it is just held on with double sided tape.

I can't wait for someone to replace the glass roof with a REAL one! Very tired of no insulation in the roof. Part nearest the Sun.

Some cars with glass roofs (like a t-top) have opaque inserts that can be velcro'd in place. If that existed, matching the interior on the inside, and maybe reflective on the outside to keep heat out, it would solve the problem just fine, IMO. Relatively easy opportunity for aftermarket.

Exactly, no need to replace the glass, just put an insulated panel inside. Could even be roll out and flexible like the tonneau cover.
