Description:

Our 50” DOUBLE ROW LED LIGHT BAR – 48V works within the Tesla Cybertruck ecosystem.

No need for added remotes, and no need for additional voltage converters. This is a plug and play upgrade that takes your Cybertruck to the next level.

Oh, and you might have caught this too. Our Carbon Fiber Hood System with 50” LED Light Bar will also be operated through the Tesla screen.

This was never supposed to be a rant, but now that you mentioned it— I literally “ordered” (and paid for half as a deposit) this BEFORE I took delivery of my CB last July! And I still don’t have a definitive delivery/installation date!

“Backordered” means that you developed, designed, and manufactured a product and, because of it’s popularity/high demand, you’ve run out of them! This is not that!

It’s a very frustrating business model. And the infuriating part is they act like it’s totally normal. It’s not normal to be “sold” something that hasn’t been made yet.

I really like their designs, but, if they want me to fund the development, then do a Kickstarter! I want their rock sliders very badly, but I’m not giving them half of the purchase price as a no interest loan to “hold my place in line.” If you want to sell me a widget, then make the widget, THEN, I’ll buy it!

I will not “purchase” from UP ever again until they actually have something that they can deliver IN STOCK! If it’s never in stock, then I’ll have to settle for a lesser design. I’m not playing this game.

Yes, it is their business and I can’t blame them for doing it their way. However, it’s more like “oh, Shaq wants one so we will make one for him but we are not going into full production for the other 306 orders we have backordered. “

Anyone else also think their products are little over priced?

I also agree with the observation someone made yesterday about the over-branding. Stop carving/embossing/cutting “UP” into every product. It’s gauche! Let the design speak for itself!

I’m surprised all of your posts aren’t deleted yet.
Is there an ETA for each product currently?

Not only annoying, it's illegal. And highly damaging to a business reputation.
