Full Self-Driving (Supervised) Transfers

Customers who take delivery of a new Tesla vehicle between October 10, 2024 and December 31, 2024 may qualify for transferring Full Self-Driving (FSD) (Supervised) from their current vehicle to their new vehicle.

If you transfer Full Self-Driving (Supervised) from your current vehicle to your new vehicle, your current vehicle will only have access to basic Autopilot features. If you would like to have Full Self-Driving (Supervised) features on both your current vehicle and your new vehicle, you can simply purchase Full Self-Driving (Supervised) for your new vehicle without participating in this offer.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this offer, you must:

• Have your new Tesla vehicle delivered between October 10, 2024 and December 31, 2024;
• Be the legal owner and registrant of the current vehicle with Full Self-Driving (Supervised) purchased outright for at least 48 hours after delivery of your new vehicle;
• Have the current vehicle and the new vehicle on the same Tesla Account; and
• Agree to all additional terms and conditions prior to delivery of the new vehicle.

Note: Vehicles delivered prior to October 10, 2024, used inventory vehicles, vehicles used for commercial purposes and leased vehicles are not eligible. Vehicles declared a total loss are not eligible for an FSD (Supervised) transfer.

I'm curious if Tesla would allow transferring FSD from Foundation Series CTs to another model years from now. We'll have to see when we get there.

I just took delivery on 11 Oct 2024. They never said anything to me. I am trying to contact them now. I traded in my M3 with FSD and trying to see if I can transfer it.
The Tesla Website definitely has this posted and no restrictions on vehicles offered for.

The only thing that may stop me is I purchased my vehicle used with FSD in 2019 but maybe that does not matter. I hope!

Tesla went through this with the M3 Highland when it launched. It didn't specifically say no transfer to the Highland, but the promotion did. They didn't allow it. I believe they said the website doesn't say nor imply that the Highland was part of the program.

It says A new Tesla Vewhicle. My Non FS CT is a new Tesla Vehicle.

I spoke to a Tesla delivery center person yesterday outside of Chicago. They are not transferring FSD to CTs.
